You can't get a hold of anyone. You can call the number but it just goes to voicemail. The email just got bounced back when I emailed my inquiry.

Placed and order for a single shirt, paid expedited shipping to receive it on the may 4, their site says shipped, the customer service rep says it shipped. Fedex says they havent received the package. Now either fedex is misinformed( its been 24hrs since supposedly shipped) or someone is covering their ass. Either way, first and last time buy anything from this place. Shouldnt wait til the day before its supposed to be shipped to finish the product when you charge 20 dollars for faster shipping. Ridiculous

I placed an order in January 22, 2021 in order for it to arrive by February 14th. This company dropped the ball and did not include my unit number on the shipping label, caused USPS to send the item back to their warehouse. I have yet to receive an apology, credit to my account or anything. The ONLY thing I received was another order number for the item that won’t be here until February 23rd, if that. Instead of quickly resolving the issue and sending a replacement out quickly, I may not get a replacement until a month over the date that I ordered for ONE item! They are the absolute WORSE!

Ordered online through some search ads. The product looked nice, although the webpage could be a bit more sophisticated. Figuring out the design elements was not trivial.
Ordering flow was simple and the item arrived in pristine condition 5 days before the expected date of delivery. Looks amazing, even after a wash. No complain there. Now let's just hope my baby likes it, but even if she doesn't, it won't be the company's fault.

So unprofessional, first time buying a shirt from this company and i receive it with 3 stains thats obviously their ink from their machine. Super angry cause it was supposed to be a gift. And i need to by a week. It’s a t shirt company, the only thing i should be worried about is sizing or it not looking how i want it to, not a stupid stain. That’s their job to make sure it doesn’t happened. Received a crappy product, i emailed them so they better hurry up or i will take more action.

I ordered three baby onesies with a design that I created. Customized Girl did an awesome job with printing and delivering the items. I would highly recommend them.

The whole process was spot on from the get go! Super easy ordering system, no minimums, easy payment and shipping system and to top it off, my order arrived earlier than anticipated!
The T-Shirts are also fantastic! Three individualized T’s for three very happy little girls! Great quality, nice bright colors in the printing and I’m told by my daughters that they are perfectly comfortable!
Thanks for under promising, over delivering and all in all making for a really great experience!

BUYERS BEWARE: I ordered etched bar glassware from here. They took the money from my account, never sent me a confirmation email with my order number. When I contacted them by phone all you get is a recording saying due to the covid19 virus we have limited staffing. When you contact them via the online help, I got told that there was no order under my name or address. But they took the 150.25 from my account.
Only order from this company if you want to throw your money away, you actually would be better off playing the lottery, cause you would have better chances of getting what you paid for.
